En esta clase de juicios sólo se estimarán aquellas pruebas que hubieren sido aducidas durante la actuación en la vía administrativa, cuando se hubiere establecido término para este efecto. También serán estimadas aquellas pruebas que, producidas en el juicio, tienen por objeto completar o mejorar las aducidas en la actuación administrativa.
