Factores Para Liquidar La Bonificación

°. Factores para liquidar la bonificación. Para la liquidación de la bonificación por servicios prestados a que se refiere el presente decreto, solamente se tendrá en cuenta los siguientes factores

La asignación básica mensual señalada para el cargo que ocupe el empleado en la fecha en que se cause el derecho a percibirla, y

Los gastos de representación.

Parágrafo

Los gastos de representación constituirán factor para la liquidación de la bonificación por servicios prestados cuando el empleado los perciba.
