Los propietarios de los vehículos de placa particular de servicio escolar que obtuvieron el permiso correspondiente, sólo podrán realizar la reposición o renovación del vehículo por otro nuevo o de mejores condiciones de operación, siempre que este sea de servicio público y cumpla con las condiciones de homologación y edad exigidas para el servicio público de transporte especial.
