° Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por prestaciones sociales causadas aquellas para las cuales se han cumplido los requisitos de su exigibilidad y por prestaciones sociales no causadas aquellas en las que tales requisitos no se han cumplido, pero hay lugar a esperar su exigibilidad futura, cuando se reúnan los requisitos de ley.
