° . Las personas elegidas como miembros de la Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión deberán tomar posesión en los términos de la ley, ante el Presidente de la República. Igualmente, no podrán estar incursos en causales de inhabilidad, y deberán cumplir con los requisitos y calidades a que se refiere el artículo 8 de la Ley 182 de 1995.
