Article 7

Para Los Efectos Indicados En El Presente Decreto, Crease En El Departamento Administrativo De Seguridad Y Para La Ciudad De Bogotá, Una Junta De Remates Que Se Integrara Así: A) Por El Secretario General Del Departamento O Su Representante, Quien La Presidirá; B) Por El Jefe De La División De Suministros Y Servicios; C) Por El Jefe De La División De Policía Judicial, Y D) Por Un Representante De La Contraloría General De La República

° Para los efectos indicados en el presente Decreto, crease en el Departamento Administrativo de seguridad y para la ciudad de Bogotá, una Junta de Remates que se integrara así

a)

Por el Secretario General del Departamento o su representante, quien la presidirá;

b)

Por el Jefe de la División de Suministros y Servicios;

c)

Por el Jefe de la División de Policía Judicial, y

d)

Por un representante de la Contraloría General de la República.

Parágrafo

En cada una de las Oficinas Seccionales de la Institución habrá una junta de Remates, integrada así

a)

Por el Jefe de la respectiva Oficina Seccional, quien la presidirá;

b)

Por el Secretario Ejecutivo de la misma;

c)

Por el respectivo Almacenista, y Por un representante de la Contraloría General de la República
