Las Instituciones de Educación Superior que aspiren a transformar programas de Educación Superior-Abierta y a Distancia en Programas Presenciales, deberán formular solicitud escrita al ICFES, por conducto del Rector o del Representante Legal , y presentarán el estudio correspondiente para justificar la transformación del programa y garantizar su calidad.
