Los dineros que como auxilios nacionales tiene el acueducto y alcantarillado de la ciudad de Túquerres pasarán a poder del tesoro municipal de dicha ciudad, para que el Municipio emprenda de manera inmediata la reconstrucción del palacio municipal, de acuerdo con los planos que previamente aprobará el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
