Artículo único . Promuévase al señor Jorge Aurelio Gómez, del cargo de Contador-Almacenista Pagador de la Interventora de las obras contratadas con la firma Morrison -Knudsen en las carreteras Bucaramanga-Cúcuta-La Frontera - Barbosa - Bucaramanga - Cúcuta - Gamarra-Ocaña, al caigo de Cajero Pagador de la Zona de Carreteras Nacionales de Tunja, en reemplazo del señor Jesús Emilio Alsina V., quien pasa a ocupar otro cargo.

Parágrafo

El nombrado antes de posesionarse debe constituir a favor de la Nación, la fianza que le señale la Contrataría General de la República. Comuníquese y publíquese.
