Las actuaciones que se realicen contraviniendo lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores y las decisiones de autoridades originadas en tales actuaciones, serán nulas. Cualquier persona o el Ministerio Público podrá solicitar la declaratoria de nulidad ante la jurisdicción competente. Los contratos que se celebren violando las normas precedentes serán nulos y no darán lugar a reconocimiento alguno.
