Ámbito de aplicación de la reserva por insuficiencia de activos. Esta reserva es de aplicación obligatoria para los siguientes ramos de seguros

a)

Vida individual, amparos adicionales para los cuales la prima haya sido calculada en forma nivelada o se les calcule reserva matemática, y fondos de ahorro.

b)

Pensiones Ley 100;

c)

Pensiones con conmutación pensional;

d)

Pensiones voluntarias;

e)

Seguro educativo;

f)

Rentas voluntarias;

g)

Riesgos laborales. La Superintendencia Financiera determinará la obligación o no de constituir esta reserva para otros ramos de seguros.
