Como contribución de la Nación para la celebración de la fausta fecha a que hace referencia el artículo anterior, destínase la cantidad de ciento treinta mil pesos ($ 130,000), que se incluirán obligatoriamente en los Presupuestos de 1939 y 1940, por mitad en cada uno de ellos.
