ARTICULO 135 . ESCUELA PENITENCIARIA. La Subdirección de la Escuela Penitenciaria tendrá como misión la planeación, organización y realización de los cursos de formación, orientación, capacitación, actualización y especialización del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional para el ingreso y ascenso del escalafón penitenciario de acuerdo a este Decreto y a las políticas y aprobación del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC.
