Las Asambleas Departamentales votarán año por año la partida que fuere necesaria para la fundación de plazas de deportes en la respectiva capital y en las poblaciones mayores de diez mil habitantes.

Parágrafo

Los instructores y empleados que ellas requieran de acuerdo con el Reglamento General, serán costeados por los Departamentos.

Parágrafo

En las ciudades de más de veinte mil habitantes habrá una plaza de deportes por cada veinte mil habitantes.
