El período del Procurador General de la Nación será de tres años, a partir del 1º de marzo de 1916. El de los Fiscales, de dos años, a contar del mismo día señalado en la ley, a los Tribunales y Juzgados ante los cuales dichos Fiscales deben ejercer sus funciones; y el de los Personeros Municipales, el de un año, a partir del 1º de enero siguiente a su elección.
