Tratamiento de los activos biológicos consumibles . Para efectos del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios, los contribuyentes obligados a llevar contabilidad tratarán los activos biológicos consumibles como inventarios de conformidad con las reglas previstas en este estatuto para los inventarios, dicho tratamiento corresponderá a su costo fiscal.

Parágrafo

Todas las mediciones a valor razonable de los activos biológicos consumibles no tendrán efectos en la determinación del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios sino hasta el momento de la enajenación del activo biológico.
