Los documentos presentados para la solicitud de una visa tienen carácter reservado. El interesado o un tercero debidamente autorizado por éste, y la autoridad competente, podrán solicitar fotocopia o desglose de éstos; en este último caso se dejará copia autenticada en el expediente correspondiente, de todos los documentos entregados al peticionario.
