Para los efectos de esta Ley definiese como personal técnico de aviación el siguiente:

1° Los pilotos aviadores militares.

2° Los observadores militares y ametralladores.

3° Los alumnos de las escuelas de aviación militar.

4° Los mecánicos y especialistas de Aviación.

5° Los operadores de radio de aviación, y

6° Los marineros de aviación.
