COORDINACION DE LA OFERTA CON LA DE ACCIONISTAS PRIVADOS. Sin que ello en ningún momento pueda afectar los derechos de los trabajadores y de las organizaciones solidarias y de trabajadores, cuando así se haya acordado con el fin de democratizar la propiedad accionaria de la Corporación de Ahorro y Vivienda, el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras realizará la oferta de las acciones objeto del presente programa de venta en forma simultánea con la oferta de venta de las acciones de Corpavi, las cuales son titulares personas privadas.
