Todo acuerdo municipal declarado exequible por el Gobernador y que no haya sido anulado ó suspendido regirá en el Distrito respectivo desde la fecha de su publicación en el periódico oficial si lo hubiere, ó desde su promulgación por bando en un dia de concurso, á menos que el mismo acuerdo disponga otra cosa.
