Las resoluciones del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público en los sumarios por infracción a las disposiciones sobre control, pueden ser acusadas ante el Consejo de Estado dentro de los sesenta días siguientes a la notificación, siempre que se consigne el valor total de la multa impuesta. El Consejo de Estado rechazará de plano la demanda si a ésta no se acompañaren los comprobantes de la consignación mencionada en este artículo.
