<Decreto derogado por el artículo 60 del decreto 627 de 1974> La Secretaría Ejecutiva del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social de Planeación. En tal virtud los documentos de que conozca el Consejo deberán ser presentados por conducto de esta Secretaría.

PARAGRAFO. El Secretario General del Departamento nacional de Planeación será el Secretario del Consejo.
