Desde la sanción de la presente Ley, se reanudarán 1053 trabajos de prolongación de la Carretera Central del Norte, desde el punto en donde quedaron suspendidos, en jurisdicción del Municipio de La Paz, en la Provincia del Norte de Boyará, sin perjuicio de invertir los fondos necesarios en la conservación y reconstrucción del trayecto comprendido en los Departamentos de Cundinamarca y Boyacá.
