Artículo decimoprimero. Los Tesoreros Intendenciales y Comisariales no podrán pagar ninguna cuenta, sobre viáticos y gastos de transporte que no llenen totalmente los requisitos establecidos en este Decreto. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las demás normas de la Contraloría General de la República sobre el particular.
