Artículo décimotercero. Las sumas que se recauden por concepto de conmutaciones serán remitidas al Cajero Genera de las Fuerzas de Policía, y se distribuirán en las siguientes proporciones: un 50% para atender las reparaciones y adaptación de los locales y gastos de escritorio que demanden los Inspectores Permanentes, etc., y un 50% para el Fondo Rotatorio de las Fuerzas de Policía.
