Art. 5°. Para el despacho de los asuntos del Ramo, el Estado Mayor general se dividirá en cuatro mesas, así: una central y tres subordinadas á ésta, que recibirán órdenes directas del Jefe de la primeramente mencionada y del Jefe del expresado Estado Mayor general, á quien corresponde distribuir de la manera más conveniente los trabajos y el personal de aquéllas.
