Los Alumnos Enviados Por Los Cuerpos De Tropas Figuran Para Los Efectos, Fiscales Como Sargentos Segundos, En Las Respectivas Unidades

° los alumnos enviados por los Cuerpos de tropas figuran para los efectos, fiscales como Sargentos segundos, en las respectivas Unidades. Los sueldos de dichos alumnos serán sacados por el Contador de la Escuela Militar para pagar a pensión de ellos como Supernumerarios y distribuir el resto, a juicio de la Dirección, en los gastos personales del alumno.

Parágrafo

Los alumnos que por razón de grado gocen de mayor asignación que la de Sargentos segundos, conservaran su sueldo.
