Trasladase la suma de diez mil pesos ($10,000) del artículo 358, capítulo 71, del presupuesto extraordinario de la vigencia en curso, al artículo 360-K (nuevo) del mismo capítulo, para la construcción de la Carretera Central del Norte, sector Capitanejo-Chitagá.
