El Gobierno Nacional procederá directamente a hacer los estudios y a construír el puente sobre el río Garagoa en el trayecto de la vía al Meta, en un sitio conveniente situado antes de la unión de éste con el Somondoco y también al estudio y construcción directa de otro puente sobre el rio Lengupa en el mismo camino.

Parágrafo

En las obras a que se refiere esta Ley se invertirá hasta la cantidad de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000), la cual se incluirá en la liquidación de la Ley de Apropiaciones hasta su terminación efectiva.

Parágrafo 2

° En las apropiaciones anuales venideras se seguirán incluyendo partidas iguales hasta la terminación de la obra.
