Las sociedades administradoras de Fondos de Inversión Colectiva en desarrollo de su gestión deberán actuar evitando la ocurrencia de situaciones que pongan en riesgo la normal y adecuada continuidad de la operación de los Fondos de Inversión Colectiva bajo su administración o la integridad del mercado.
