ARTICULO 137. Ejecución, efectos y terminación del contrato de trabajo. La ejecución, efectos y terminación del contrato de trabajo a que se refiere el presente Estatuto se regirán por las normas especiales aplicables a esta clase de vinculación.

Parágrafo

Los contratos de trabajo cuya prórroga no haya sido expresamente pactada, se tendrán por terminados treinta (30) días después de su vencimiento.
