Iniciación de la ejecución del contrato de concesión. Suscrito y en firme el correspondiente contrato de concesión y aprobadas las garantías, el concesionario entrará a ocupar y a utilizar los bienes de uso público señalados, y a realizar las actividades propuestas dentro de los plazos estipulados.
