Una vez que los Oficiales a que se refiere la presente Ley hayan ganado el Curso de Aplicación quedaran en disponibilidad para ser destinados al Ejército, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 4º. de la mencionada Ley 68 de 1912 . Artículo 4º: En los Presupuestos de gastos se incluirá la partida necesaria para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley, la cual regirá desde su sanción.
