Destínase el capital inicial para la amortización de las pensiones reconocidas hasta esta fecha, las cuales se capitalizarán, liquidandolas en cinco años, para pagar el valor que resulte como recompensa unitaria á los respectivos agraciados. Cubiertas estas recompensas se cancelarán definitivamente las pensiones mensuales que paga en la actualidad el Montepío Militar.
