ARTICULO 106. Dotación especial. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, destinados en comisión en el exterior, en la Casa Militar de la Presidencia de la República y en el Batallón Guardia Presidencial, tendrán derecho a una dotación especial de uniformes, insignias y distintivos correspondientes al grado, ordenada por el Comando de la respectiva Fuerza.
