La Junta Directiva desechará la petición á la cual falte alguno de los requisitos legales y en caso de deficiencia o duda podrá hacerlos ampliar; si lo tiene á bien, pedir á las demás Oficinas los datos que necesite, ó hacer practicar otras pruebas que estime convenientes. Admitida la petición se mandará con dictamen al Poder Ejecutivo.
