La obtención de las muestras e información asociada para un proyecto de investigación concreto tendrán que contar con la autorización del Consejo Nacional de Bioética. Estas muestras e información asociada deben ser utilizadas para esa investigación específica y no para diferentes estudios, además pueden ser incorporadas en un biobanco nacional, previo consentimiento del sujeto fuente.
