Conclusión de la investigación. Habiéndose dado oportunidad a las partes interesadas intervinientes para presentar sus razones y con base en las pruebas e información disponible, el Incomex informará al Comité de Prácticas Comerciales los resultados de la investigación. Dicho Comité conceptuará sobre ellos. Producido el concepto, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior adoptará la decisión conveniente mediante resolución motivada que se publicará y comunicará en la forma y a las personas mencionadas en el artículo 29 del presente Decreto.
