ARTICULO 58. PRINCIPIOS RECTORES . Además de los principios de moralidad, eficacia, economía, celeridad, imparcialidad y publicidad, consagrados en el artículo 209 de la Constitución Política, la Carrera Especial del Ministerio de Defensa deberá desarrollarse fundamentalmente en los principios de igualdad de oportunidades y reconocimiento de méritos conforme a lo establecido en la Carta y la Ley General de Carrera.
