: Los pequeños colonos establecidos en bosques nacionales, con anterioridad a la destinación de que trata el artículo 1 de esta Ley, serán respetados en sus cultivos, y tendrán derechos a la adjudicación de la extensión cultivada y otro tanto, de acuerdo con la Ley 71 de 1917 .
