El Agregado Aeronáutico ante la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional, OACI, será el Representante Delegado de Colombia ante dicho organismo y cumplirá las funciones que ello implique, en especial las establecidas en el artículo 54 de la Ley 12 de 1947, de acuerdo con las instrucciones sobre las políticas que en materia de gestión Aeronáutica le imparta el Ministerio de Transporte y el Director de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil.
