Asignación de los recursos. Los recursos de que trata la presente Sección y que sean definidos por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional en cada vigencia, se asignarán de acuerdo con los siguientes porcentajes:

75% para las instituciones de educación superior oficiales con carácter de universidad.

25% para las instituciones de educación superior oficiales con carácter de colegios mayores, instituciones tecnológicas, instituciones universitarias o escuelas tecnológicas e instituciones técnicas profesionales.
