° Los bultos que al tiempo de ser entregados en el muelle presenten señales de rotura o de salida de su contenido, serán pasados antes de entregarlos al ferrocarril, para el efecto de anotar en las papeletas las diferencias entre el peso primitivo y el que resulte de la nueva pesada.
