Art. 7º. Cuando por cualquier motivo distinto de la interrupción en el despacho o de la concurrencia del demandante, no se verifique la conferencia en el día señalado el termino para contestar la demanda correrá del día siguiente útil al ñeque debido verificarse la conferencia, sin perjuicio que esta tenga lugar lo más pronto posible y del empleo de los apremios de establecidos en el artículo 334, citado.
