Aplazamiento de las sesiones. La sesión del OCAD podrá aplazarse antes del inicio de la misma por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito. Le corresponde a la secretaría técnica acreditar la ocurrencia de los hechos y comunicarla a los miembros del OCAD, informando la fecha en que se realizará la sesión aplazada, la cual solo podrá llevarse a cabo después de superados los hechos que dieron lugar a dicho aplazamiento.
