El Comité se reunirá ordinariamente cada dos (2) meses y extraordinariamente cuando se requiera sea por convocatoria del presidente del Comité, por iniciativa propia o por solicitud de un número mínimo de tres de sus miembros. De las reuniones quedará constancia en actas a las que se agregarán los documentos, estudios e informes presentados en las mismas.
