Art. 155. Todo pliego que contenga documentos relativos a las elecciones de que trata esta Ley, que deba enviarse de un Distrito a otro, se presentará abierto en la Oficina de correos, para que el Administrador se cerciore de que su contenido real está acorde con lo que se expresa en el sobre o cubierta. Luego se cerrará de una manera que no pueda extraerse el contenido sin despedazar la cubierta.
