El Poder Ejecutivo dictara las medidas conducentes para establecer la debida armonía entre los trabajaos del servicio geográfico del ejército, creado por el Decreto número 338 de 16 de marzo de 1903; los de la Sociedad Geográfica, creada por el Decreto número 809 de 20 de agosto de 1903; los de

la Oficina de longitudes creada por la Ley 30 de 11 de octubre de 1909; los de la Comisión Científica, creada para la Ley 83 de 22 de diciembre de 1926, y los de las Comisiones técnicas, creadas por Ley 92 de 19 de noviembre de 1927, por la cual se provee el beneficio de varia riquezas naturales.
