Art. 108. Vencido el término probatorio, el Secretario lo informará al Juez el día siguiente al del vencimiento, y el Juez dispondrá que se envíe el proceso al respectivo Tribunal Superior, por el inmedíato correo, previa la notificación del auto que lo ordene.

Los gastos que ocasióne el envío del proceso y su devolución serán á cargo del concurso. El Síndico los satisfará sin tardanza.
