Expensas de las curadurías urbanas . Los municipios y distritos procurarán que el ejercicio de las curadurías urbanas sean rentables económicamente, para lo cual deberán valorar los trámites por realizar en las curadurías con el fin de establecer las expensas que los interesados deban cancelar por la prestación de los servicios. Para la valorización de estas expensas se tendrán en cuenta, entre otros, los siguientes criterios: zonas de avalúo, fletes de transporte, estructura de ingresos y costos de los proyectos de construcción, actividad edificadora y estratificación socio-económica.
